Built for mineral miners who saw an issue with the old ways.

The field and the office, on the same page.
RigOps connects on-field workers with management: clear communication, KPIs and shift handovers that don’t get lost between the rig and the office. It works fully offline where there’s no signal.
The problem.
A drill site runs on information that has to travel: what happened on the last shift, what was serviced, what’s running low, how many metres were drilled. The old ways of passing it along meant things went missing between the rig and the office, and out on site there’s often no signal to send anything at all.
What it does.
Crews log their shift, hand over to the next one and record what they’ve done, all from the one app. A built-in AI assistant helps with maintenance and machine servicing, equipment stocktakes and order reporting. The calculators crews actually use are built in too: meter drill tracking, cement, and vehicle weight capacity.
Management sees progress, reads servicing logs and sets the day’s KPIs and tasks, without waiting for someone to ring in.

Built for sites with no signal: everything works offline and syncs when the crew is back in range.
How it runs.
Like everything we make, it’s built, hosted and looked after by Zaur on servers in Australia. We keep it secure, fix what breaks and keep improving it, so the business that uses it never has to think about the software underneath.
That’s the Zaur model: nothing up front, one monthly fee sized to how much it’s used and what it delivers. If your business has a problem like this one, tell us about it.
