Built for a South-East Queensland truck-hire company that couldn’t always get to the phone.

On a job and the phone rings out? Sally picks up.
Sally is an AI voice receptionist. She answers in a natural voice, has a normal back-and-forth conversation, and makes sure every caller’s details end up somewhere the team can see them.
From the client’s own call records, May to 12 October 2026.
The problem.
In a truck-hire business the people who answer the phone are also the people out on jobs, loading trucks and handling returns. When the phone rings out, the caller rings someone else. Every missed call is a booking that might not come back.
What she does.
Sally takes the caller’s name (with a spelling check), callback number, what they need, dates and suburbs, and sorts each call: new booking, return, after-hours access or general enquiry.
Every call is saved with its recording, transcript and summary to a private staff dashboard within minutes, so the team can call back with everything in front of them. Drawn reads the calls and gives the owner a short daily summary of what callers wanted.

Text-message alerts that send the job straight to your phone are coming. Like any AI, Sally can mishear; every call keeps its recording and transcript so a person can always check.
How it runs.
Like everything we make, it’s built, hosted and looked after by Zaur on servers in Australia. We keep it secure, fix what breaks and keep improving it, so the business that uses it never has to think about the software underneath.
That’s the Zaur model: nothing up front, one monthly fee sized to how much it’s used and what it delivers. If your business has a problem like this one, tell us about it.
