BIG IDEAS.
BETTER
SYSTEMS.↗
Custom software. Useful AI. Everything connected.
We build around your business — and stay to keep it running.
Australian made.
Built in Australia. Hosted and data-secured on Australian servers.
Great businesses.
Fewer workarounds.
Different teams. Different challenges. One partner to bring it all together. We design, build and look after the systems that help your business do its thing.
Software that fits.
Your business has its own way of doing things. Your software should too. We build the tools, portals and platforms that turn your specific challenges into simpler working days.
Intelligence where it earns its place.
We automate the repetitive jobs, add AI where it adds real capability, and build in the checks so your team stays in control.
Make your data mean something.
From collecting the right information to building dashboards your team actually uses, we make the bigger picture easier to see.
Finished at launch? Never.
We host it, keep it updated, watch it closely and keep improving it — so it keeps working as your business changes.
The whole picture, start to finish: strategy, design, development, implementation, hosting ✳ and whatever comes next.
All the moving parts. Finally, in sync.
Imagine a working day where your tools talk to each other. And your people can get on with the good stuff.
One connected workspace.
Bring the tools and information your team needs into one place, so the day stops being a relay race between apps.
Intelligence with a purpose.
Use AI for the jobs that make sense, with the right checks built in. Not AI for the sake of it.
Room to become more.
Start with the problem in front of you. Build on it as your needs evolve — the system grows with the business.
Your build starts with youOur recent projects.
Real systems, in use today. Here are a few we built end to end.
Built for mineral miners who saw an issue with the old ways.
rigops.au
The field and the office, on the same page.
RigOps connects on-field workers with management — clear communication, KPIs and shift handovers that don’t get lost between the rig and the office. It works fully offline where there’s no signal, with a built-in AI assistant for maintenance and machine servicing, equipment stocktakes and order reporting, plus the calculators crews actually use: meter drill tracking, cement, and vehicle weight capacity. Management tracks progress, sees servicing logs and sets the day’s KPIs and tasks.
Built for sites with no signal: everything works offline and syncs when the crew is back in range.

Marking that explains the why.
Reason Education gives teachers an AI assistant that doesn’t just mark a student’s answer — it reads their working out and explains where the technique went right or wrong. We built the whole system behind it, from the portals students and staff log into, through assessment marking, to the reports that land on a teacher’s desk.
Built to Australian Government guidelines and the Safer Technologies 4 Schools (ST4S) framework, with student data hosted securely in Australia.

Drawn.Every signal. One straight answer.
Drawn reads every signal across a business — phone calls, sales, customers, time, money — and tells you what’s actually going on, every day. It connects to the tools a business already runs on, pulls the data together, and gives a sharper read than the dashboards do: where the money is going, what results are being produced, and what to change to run at full efficiency.
Built in Australia for operators who want a sharper read than their dashboards give them.

On a job and the phone rings out? Sally picks up.
Sally is an AI voice receptionist. She answers in a natural voice, has a normal back-and-forth conversation, takes the caller’s name (with a spelling check), callback number, what they need, dates and suburbs, and sorts each call — new booking, return, after-hours access or general enquiry. Every call is saved with its recording, transcript and summary to a private staff dashboard within minutes. Drawn reads the calls and gives the owner a short daily summary of what callers wanted.
Numbers are from the client’s own call records (May to 12 Oct 2026). Text-to-phone alerts are coming.

Now in
Indonesia.
Zaur has an office in Indonesia, building software for businesses on both sides of the water.
Freight & logistics, moving smarter.
Our Indonesian team works with multiple freight and logistics businesses on software innovation — job tracking, dispatch, customs paperwork and the systems that tie a shipment together from depot to door.
Supplements & vitamins, paperwork handled.
We also build document and legal-support software for the supplement and vitamin trade — registrations, import documentation and compliance records kept in order, so product can move without the paper chase.
Same model as here: nothing up front, one monthly fee, and a team that stays close.
From “could we?”
to “of course.”
Good software starts with a conversation. We ask the questions, connect the dots, and take care of the details.
Get into your world.
We learn how your business works, where the friction lives, and what a better day looks like. No assumptions. Plenty of questions.
Make it real.
We shape the solution, build it and test it with you. You see it take form, with room to learn and refine along the way.
Bring everyone along.
We connect the systems, help your team get comfortable, and handle the implementation. A good launch is one people can use.
Keep moving forward.
Hosting, updates and ongoing improvements. We stay close, so your software keeps working as your business changes.
Nothing
up front.
One monthly
fee.
We build it, host it and keep improving it. You pay a set monthly subscription based on how much you use it and the results it delivers — not a big invoice before you’ve seen anything work.
Only pay for progress. Zaur owns and maintains the platform — that’s what keeps the fee low and the risk off your books. Your data is always yours, and if it isn’t working for you, you’re not locked in.
A few things you might be wondering.
Didn’t find your question? Ask it directly — that’s usually where the good conversations start.
Do we need to know exactly what we want?+
No. Start with the problem, the bottleneck or the idea. We can help turn that into a clear scope and a practical starting point.
Can you work with the tools we already use?+
That’s part of the conversation. We look at your existing systems and the integration options available, then work out what to connect, keep or replace.
Does every solution need AI?+
Only if it earns its place. Sometimes a simpler workflow or a well-built tool is the right answer. We explore AI where it can add useful capability.
What happens after launch?+
Zaur handles hosting, updates and implementation, with ongoing care shaped around the solution. The scope and support arrangements are agreed before the build.
What does it cost?+
There’s no upfront build cost. Zaur builds and hosts the software and charges one set monthly subscription, sized to how much you use it and the results it delivers. Most clients pay between $250 and $900 a month. We agree the fee before the build starts, so you know exactly what you’re paying for — and you only pay for progress.
Who owns the software?+
Zaur does — that’s what keeps the monthly fee low and the risk off your books. You subscribe to a platform we keep running and improving, with your data always yours. Improvements we make for other businesses like yours roll out to you too, at no extra cost.
